CPR & First Aid

 Training

We offer both virtual (non-certification) and in-person (certification) CPR and First Aid training to meet your needs. Our group sessions/courses are designed to give parents, caregivers, and families true peace of mind by teaching essential, lifesaving skills. You’ll learn how to confidently respond to breathing emergencies, choking incidents, and cardiac situations involving infants, young children, and adults.

Through step-by-step instruction, we guide you on proper chest compressions, rescue breaths, and how to act quickly and effectively until professional help arrives. With hands-on practice and clear explanations, we ensure you feel prepared, empowered, and confident to protect the little ones and loved ones in your care.
