Angel Baby Care Services

By accessing or using angelbabycareservices.com or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Overview
Angel Baby Care Services provides non-medical support services, including:
Newborn care specialist services
Postpartum doula support
Infant sleep conditioning guidance
Breastfeeding support (non-clinical guidance)
CPR and First Aid education
Virtual and in-person services
These services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed medical care when needed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or engage services.
3. Bookings and Payments
All services must be scheduled in advance
Deposits may be required to secure services
Payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must follow the terms outlined in your signed agreement
Late cancellations may incur fees
Rescheduling is subject to availability
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-hazardous environment
Provide necessary supplies for newborn care
Communicate changes, concerns, or schedule updates promptly
6. Scope of Services
Caregivers:
Provide non-medical support only
Do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
May observe and report concerns to the client
All final decisions regarding care remain the responsibility of the client.
7. Independent Contractor Relationship
Caregivers engaged through Angel Baby Care Services may operate as independent contractors. The Agency facilitates placement and coordination but is not responsible for independent contractor actions beyond reasonable screening, onboarding, and oversight.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Baby Care Services shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions made by clients regarding care
Outcomes beyond our control
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Reproduce or misuse content without permission
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and materials, is the property of Angel Baby Care Services and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

15. Refund Policy (Virtual Services Only)
All payments for virtual services are final and non-refundable. By booking a virtual service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Missed Appointments
If a scheduled appointment is missed by the client without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited. As a courtesy, Angel Baby Care Services allows up to two (2) rescheduling opportunities, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a virtual appointment with reasonable notice. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Agency-Initiated Changes
If Angel Baby Care Services is unable to fulfill a scheduled virtual service due to circumstances within our control, the client will be offered the option to:
Reschedule the session at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund for the affected service
Late Arrival
If a client arrives late to a scheduled virtual session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No additional time will be provided.
Non-Transferability
Payments are non-transferable and may not be applied to other services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
